Translating lived experience into actionable strategy.

Dismantling the status quo of conformity to unlock organizational innovation.

Championing a new narrative where neurodivergence is viewed
as a gift, not a deficit.

Even though we don't like labels, the reality is that labels exist. At times, the stigma of these labels hurts us as we move through life. And this is why many of us mask.
I received a late diagnosis of Asperger’s (a part of Autism Spectrum Disorder). Wanna know what it’s like to be me with no regrets?
I often have challenges with social interaction, understanding non-verbal cues, and adapting to change. I have an intense focus on specific interests, sensory sensitivities, and literal interpretation of language.
My intelligence ranges from average to above-average, depending on the subject matter.
At times, I may struggle with small talk, making friends, understanding sarcasm, and maintaining routines; However, I do possess strong attention to detail and deep knowledge in my areas of passion.
Now that I am aware and have accepted this label, through the Grace of God, I am better able to work through my challenges with the proper tools and resources and thrive on my strengths.

"Seeking purpose? See what I’m working toward."
"For years, I navigated a world that demanded conformity, where my pursuit of growth was often unfairly labeled as 'job hopping' or perceived as 'difficult.' It was my late diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (Asperger’s) in 2018 that finally reframed those chapters. What others once misunderstood as a struggle was revealed to be a profound story of resilience, high adaptability, and divine purpose, transforming my past into the foundation of my advocacy."
"I operate at the vital intersection of education and advocacy, moving organizations far beyond performative inclusion. I teach leaders that the very minds they may struggle to understand are, in fact, their greatest assets. By championing neurodivergence as a gift rather than a challenge, I empower individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other traits to leverage their unique neurological wiring, proving that authenticity is a competitive advantage in professional and academic spaces."
"As a trailblazing educator and Certified Neurodiversity Professional (CNP), I am dedicated to creating a future where neurodivergent individuals are not just welcomed, but authentically celebrated as effective leaders and changemakers. I am committed to ensuring that the next generation feels the freedom to own their narratives with the same confidence I embody, ultimately bridging the gap between untapped potential and real-world opportunity."
"I partner with leadership teams to audit current practices, provide neuro-inclusive training, and design workflows that allow neurodivergent talent to thrive."
"I bring evidence-based research and lived experience to the classroom, helping educators dismantle stigma and create accessible learning environments."
"Through workshops, faith-based guidance, and community advocacy, I help neurodivergent individuals own their stories and navigate professional spaces without compromising their authentic selves."
